What do you like best about Heap? I love the ability to easily build custom reports. I'm on the CS side so don't have a whole lot of technical abilities in this space typically. I love being able to see segments of users exactly how I'd like to without relying on others at our company.

What do you like best about Heap? Their dashboards are easy to use and provide valuable data due to autocapture. Aditionally it allows the implementation of events with personalized parameters.
