"Never feel like we're missing out on capturing data."
What do you like best about Heap? Heap is incredibly intuitive to create trackable events and provides website metrics instantly without need for development work. Most trackable events also work retroactively, so I never feel like we're missing out on capturing data.

What do you like best about Heap? What I like the most is the easy integration with our system. I like the fact that we can use a lot of different data to get interesting metrics and KPIs in a heartbeat.

What do you like best about Heap? Heap has an easy-to-create report process. It guides through with good options for segmenting, filtering, to quickly retrieve data/visualize.

"Great for historical comparisons of data and troubleshooting"
What do you like best about Heap? I like the ability to track historical analytics in order to see how our users are moving or "funnelling" through our software. With tools like Google Analytics we are limited to defining flows on the day we think to implement them.
