What do you like best about Heap? Super easy to use. The analyze tools are super easy to use. The event visualizer is super helpful and makes it super easy to create an event without needing the development team.

What do you like best about Heap? I like how all the dashboards are easy to interpret. It provides a very accurate and reliable analysis of traffic, sessions and other UTM parameters.

What do you like best about Heap? Although not part of the initial sales process for Auryc, I know that this process was great. I came to the party when onboarding and the technical support for the team was amazing, there was never a silly question, they were super responsive and genuinely couldn't be more helpful. The customer success afterwards has had a regular cadence driven by their team to ensure we are happy, again it never feels like a chore for them. I've recently been through the ...
