"Live data feed is the best part of Heap"

What do you like best about Heap? As I mentioned, Live Data Feed is the best part; this way, I can ensure that the event I create is correct. Also is very helpful in understanding user flow, and query pageviews table.

What do you like best about Heap? I love how flexible the tool is, it works for a variety of different research needs. It also has the ability to compare and contrast things which is helpful when thinking about problems from an A/B lens.

What do you like best about Heap? The data visualizations are great and very customizable to suit your needs. You have multiple different ways to track data from a specific Segment event (funnels, journeys, etc.) which helps us track the correct data for each initiative we launch. We are also able to integrate Heap seamlessly with other tools we use like Kameleoon for our AB tests.

"Good and easy at defining web metrics. However, I feel limited sometimes in the queries."

What do you like best about Heap? I like that there's a live mode where I can easily define metrics. Also filtering by IP address to help define metrics was easy too.

What do you like best about Heap? Flexibility for layers of data to be viewed in context. Heap "Illuminate" really helps to surface items I may not have thought to look into before.

What do you like best about Heap? It provides many may to look at user behavior and analyze it to modify your page flows to increase user engagement. It is a robust analytics platform that can be used in a variety of ways.

What do you like best about Heap? We recently gained access to the Session Replay feature in Heap and have found it useful in a few scenarios. First, it's given us a deeper understanding of what happens when a user drops out of a funnel events. This helps answer a why that was previously hard to understand.
