Do not use this scam with your employer. They will steal your money. I had to submit a BBB complaint to get a resolution. Heed their 1 star rating. The management team is inadequate & incompetent.

What do you like best about HealthEquity? Health Equity's phone customer service is SUPERB! Anytime that I have had to call and ask questions for my client, they always picked up and were able to wlk me through the process.

What do you like best about HealthEquity? HealthEquity is good at facilitating direct deposit into the HSA account and quickly getting your HSA debit cards sent out. They have good integration with Paychex.

Describe the project or task HealthEquity helped with: WageWorks has helped me tremendously with keeping track of various expenses throughout the year, including tax information, and various reimbursments that can be done through the HSA.

I just do not understand why such…
I just do not understand why such organizations do exist. The problem is that they do not allow me to make a distribution to my health provider. I made a claim for withdrawal and it is still processed, every day the schedule payment changes its status to pending despite on the main page it is completed. No funds left their account. I am not allowed to use my money. Just be careful of these health fraudsters...
