Healthequity and wageworks have now merged. What was previously two terrible companies staffed by incompetents is now one larger company still staffed by bone-deep incompetent staff. I posted a review for wageworks after they denied my Medicare premium reimbursement claim. Now that my claim has been denied yet again I am posting this review for Healthequity. My next step? If i could give them negative stars i would. Aside from all the recent negative reviews I can't believe my company would switch to this incompetent company where the representatives do nothing but Lie to you. They don't even know their own process and they never get back to you when you file a claim. Utterly insane how this company is still around. It is bordering around Fraud. Time to file with BBB next

Health Equity is horrible

Health Equity is horrible. I had care that was done in late December 2023 but I paid for it in January of 2024. The transaction was denied (rightfully so). They stated it was denied but to provide documentation again. I posted a note saying it was denied and to delete the transaction. They unsuspended my card and then suspended it again a month later. Same thing, provide documentation for the transaction or your card will remain suspected. I found out I just needed to provide an expense ...

They approve reimbursements and then do not pay for over a month...I'd like to be able to pay my bills. Hope they pay someday

You work hard for your money, don't use this company

This company is awful. My card won't work for any medical bills and I can't even make an online account because it says it can't find my social security number but finds it just fine when I call them. I can't even transfer my money to my other HSA because they have certain times of the year you can and have to give these stupid 30 days notices and other stupid crap. They fight you every step of the way to prevent you from getting your money back at all, if you're reading this Health Equity, ...
