Trapped in their system
After leaving my employer I continued on with my HSA from HE as they told me there would not be fees, but then they started charging fees every month just to keep my money there. I close my positions and tried to transfer which takes several weeks. About two week later I got a note saying it couldn't close because a small amount had been reinvested even though the account was already in requested shutdown for two weeks. Claim for FSA reimbursement
I have submitted a claim to be reimbursed from my FSA 3 times and made 3 phone calls and every time it gets denied and no one appears to be reviewing the documents I provided since all the data they requested was included. Terrible company to try and work with.

Is there a rating for less than ZERO
Is there a rating for less than ZERO? Worst CS in the world. Every claim that is submitted requires multiple phone calls, conversations with untrained call center operators who have no idea how to find information and when they do, have no idea what they are looking at. Give you the same BS story everytime and when you ask for their supervisor they give you some crap story about a supervisor not being available! I know all the tricks and the same BS happens in every call center in America ...

Fraud Alert - I nearly lost my entire HSA balance!
I nearly lost my entire HSA balance of $10,000 due to a fraud attack that was mishandled by one of their customer service reps. Either that or there is internal fraud. Someone gained access to my account even with what would be considered a secure password, randomly generated 14 character length. They initially changed the email address on the account. When I received notification of this, I immediately called and changed my email back but then was told I couldn't change the password for 24 ...

Zero stars
Zero stars. This company will hold all of your money and not pay for your acceptable medical charges. Almost all of the employees who signed up for this service have had their accounts frozen. Dont use thi company. They are basically stealing your money as if you don't/cant use it you lose it!!!

I thought it was just me until I read the reviews on here. I laughed out of sadness at the one about Workday + HealthEquity.. combined mediocrity. One example: HE is 'covering' one parking lot at one medical center (but not the one at the medical center next door) -- parking IS a covered HSA expense (for medical appointments). If i could give them negative stars i would. Aside from all the recent negative reviews I can't believe my company would switch to this incompetent company where the representatives do nothing but Lie to you. They don't even know their own process and they never get back to you when you file a claim. Utterly insane how this company is still around. It is bordering around Fraud. Time to file with BBB next
