RUN from this company
If i could guve it negative stars, i would. Used to have Benefit Walket—for years, and excellent service, no issues. It then switched to this company, aka DISASTER. It charges a $3.50 monthly maintenance fee and will always hold $25 u can NEVER use because that is what it charges to close account. Done with it; transferring to another one. My cs rep today was good, even thru my rant; but usually they’ve been useless.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Such a hassle to get anything done, thank you for nothing Mhar. I will do anything to avoid HealthEquity in the future, nightmare company.

One star because I can't give a zero. Disgusting customer service! Horrible company. Lady raised her voice at me and was so condescending. I'm completely disgusted. Avoid at all cost!

Worst of the worst
Worst of the worst! I’ve been jerked around for six weeks now while they make every excuse for why my account has not been transferred to my new HSA account holder, while they continue to charge me fees that a year ago I was refunded for the same error. After hearing nothing for a month I followed up to have them tell me the transfer form was signed but not dated. It was DocuSigned with a digital time stamp down to the second! Worst FSA Company Ever!
The card tends to not go through alot because their system is always down (either declines or just gets stuck) . Every single transaction requires a receipt. I get the detailed receipts upload them and they are denied. OK, they say they will take explanation of benefits from the insurance company, I upload that and it is denied saying I need to submit the detailed receipt that was previously uploaded and denied. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst Cobra administrator I have ever had experience with. Customer service cannot answer questions cannot help me with coverage problem. . I do not understand why they let coverage lapse within 1 day of regular company coverage before paperwork was even received to continue under cobra. I did not even think this was legal. I paid premium and still do not have coverage. This was also formally wage works inc.

Custume complain but never fill out surveys do your job and stop complaining
You customers complain but never fill out the surveys. The reason why you get crappy service is because you get the good ones fired because you don't file out the serve at all. Then you got h nerve to complain and cause people to lose their job . Stay away from this unethical provider
Stay away from this unethical provider. An agent recently realized that they made a mistake in charging as investment fees and maintenance fees over several years and submitted a ticket to get them refunded. This was in the hundreds of dollars but the finance department rejected the request and agreed to refund just this year's fees of about $30. Unbelievable. Health equity gives customers more work because they don’t care
Because the Fort Bend county EMS registers in health equities system as a school or educational facility I am unable to use my HSA card to pay for the ambulance bill I’ve been sent and must pay it out of pocket and then file forms to be reimbursed because they did not make an ability to override an incorrect designation, they made me do extra work because their system is in capable of fixing errors it has created itself. Zero Star worst HSA ever..
Zero Star worst HSA ever.. This company literally steal your hard earn money, they are charging me $1.50 fee per month for paper statements, & the funny part is I haven't received a single statement from them on my mailing address & they are blaming US postal services for that. LIARS & MEDICAL THIEFE is the most appropriate words for such kind of organization.
