What do you like best? If you're new to CRMs and marketing automation, Hatchbuck is a good tool. It's simple and easy to use, and the support team is pretty good. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I hadn't much experience with this type of software, but Hatchbuck is very straight forward and easy to learn. I feel every time I go on there I pick up a few new skills.
