What do you like best? As a small business, we needed a CRM that would pull its weight and not kill us financially. I reviewed multiple options. Hatchbuck replaces MailChimp, allows for creation and development of sophisticated email campaigns, is (apparently) limitlessly customizable, and their onboarding and client service is exceptional (I changed our onboarding and stole from them, shamelessly). What do you like best? Hatchbuck is easy to use. The combination CRM - email marketing tool is genius. The client support is also superb. Whenever I had a question, during the first 2 months of service, I had a p[ersonal rep assigned to me. Additionally, I rec'd one-on-one implementation webinars. What do you like best? The ability to see how prospects interact with our emails and site is incredibly helpful for both content and sales teams. What do you dislike? The design of emails and forms is not ideal. Tricky to create custom emails, and never quite looks the way we want it to.
