Awesome CRM!

What do you like best? Hatchbuck was easy to implement within our organization and a breeze to configure. What do you dislike? There are a few quirky things about the interface, but that's probably more me getting used to a new system then the interface itself. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are consolidating three systems into Hatchbuck and we're going to realize not only monetary savings, but time saving as well.

What do you like best? The drag and drop email creator is easy and looks great! I'm not that great with design and my emails still look really nice and professional. What do you dislike? My emails are still going into the junk mail of peoples inboxes and I can't figure out why it's still doing that. Recommendations to others considering the product: Pick Hatchbuck. It's super easy to use and the customer service is really good! They get back to you almost immediately and they ...

What do you like best? Our onboarding specialist made our transition to a new CRM really seamless, and we're finding it perfect as a CRM for marketing purposes. What do you dislike? Not my favorite tool

What do you like best? When the lead source is working correctly, it is nice to see at a glance where my leads are coming from. What do you dislike? It doesn't integrate with anything. Huge red flag. They've only done one update and it took them a year and half to do it and it was LARGE and there have been so many issues. What do you like best? Ease of use, easy to learn. You can figure most things out on your own. What do you dislike? There is absolutely nothing to dislike about it. Recommendations to others considering the product: The trial period is a great way to experience what Hatchbuck can do for you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to send bulk emails easily, and first contact emails.
