What do you like best about BenchmarkONE? My favourite thing about Hatchbuck is the support. I have gone through the initial onboarding, the videos, phone support, email support, and now chat support. I've always gotten an immediate response! The other thing I love about Hatch is its simplicity. It's very easy to navigate and was easy to train my team to use it. What do you like best about BenchmarkONE? Support team is very responsive and nice. It's a relatively complex product with a lot of features and they are always great about looking into things. I also like that it's both marketing and CRM in one, so you don't need to have two solutions to track and manage the data. Using Hatchbuck is such an easy and fun experience for my peers and me.
PROS: This is one of the smartest marketing tools that I've ever laid my eyes on. I've got no issues learning to use and navigate the tool because it's so intelligent and intuitive for my liking. If you are a beginner, you can rely on the online tutorial videos that you can access for free. CONS: I don’t enjoy using the templates when sending offers and updates to my clients, so I don’t think that it’s necessary at all. I’d rather compose most of my e-mails from scratch because it feels ...

This product has helped us transform our business in terms of marketing and sales.
PROS: I work with younger people and the majority of them like using Hatchback for marketing purposes. More people started noticing our company, and we’ve been getting more inquiries and added sales for the past months. CONS: Probably some upgrades on its current features are needed, but we can manage without it as well. Looking at the product, in general, I would say that it's very efficient and everything is well organized.
