Great for a small company!
What do you like best? My favourite thing about Hatchbuck is the support. I have gone through the initial onboarding, the videos, phone support, email support, and now chat support. I've always gotten an immediate response! The other thing I love about Hatch is its simplicity. It's very easy to navigate and was easy to train my team to use it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's a DIY solution for small businesses that don't need the feature set of a large CRM like SalesForce. The company is easy to work with and the system seems to be very user friendly. What do you dislike? In some ways the system is a little too DIY. Working well
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to bcc emails into hatchbuck. Saves a lot of trouble with trying to make sure notes are added, What do you dislike? I don't like having to go to each contact as they come through and assign the task. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we have multiple clients and we all speak with them. this makes it seamless and you can see what others have already addressed
