What do you like best? Everything is very easy to find and very easy to use. What do you dislike? It only lets me input 25 purchases. We would like to be able to beyond 25. Great for Start Ups

What do you like best? I love that everything is all in one place. I don't have to use an email client, a formatting program, an email address database, and a lead tracker. As a team of 1, it made everything so much simpler, and no one fell through the cracks! And the emails came out beautiful. I also used the forms when presenting at a conference to distribute materials from the presentation to over nearly 100 individuals, when in the past I has to email them one by one, manually attach ...

What do you like best? HB allows us to easily register and track all of our contacts and leads. We also track all customer, prospect, and lead interaction. It's a real plus when you can talk to a potential client on their level. HB puts the customer at the heart of our business, which we feel is the fastest way to increase our sales and profits. What do you like best? The ability to easily create great looking email templates is one of the best tools. I also like the point system it awards contacts for opening emails and clicking links. We're able to use this information to determine who is a hot prospect and who needs more nurturing. What do you dislike?
