Great CRM and Support!

What do you like best? CRM, email campaigns, and very easy to use. Very fluid. What do you dislike? Nothing - it's great! I really don't have a bad thing to say about this. Recommendations to others considering the product: take of advantage of training and support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? CRM, email drip campaigns, ease of use.

Great CRM software, super service!

What do you like best? Everything works like you promise, and the service (help desk) is 100% responsive. What do you dislike? Whenever I fill in the city and state in the data section of contacts (especially St Louis and MO) it takes forever for it to fill in. Well over a minute, more like 90 secs. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? They’ve just begun, and they’re already taking the wheel! There is an amazing drag-and-drop email template, especially for beginners learning to create beautiful and functional emails. I like the simplicity of involving contacts, either by tagging or sorting those you want to be in your campaign. What do you like best? How simple sending an email that looks like a real email from my personal account. What do you dislike? How many options there are for going through each different category. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We enjoy sending emails that look like personalized emails that do not look like templates. A benefit is that we are able to track and see who has done what.

Easy CRM & automated marketing system for small business

What do you like best? It is easy to use and scale to a small business. What do you dislike? CRM is not terribly robust. We have alot of information to keep and it's a bit cumbersome to build out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? keeping in touch with leads. We have a long sales cycle so it's important to email frequent updates about our product, etc.
