Reminds me of Hubspot, except of the ROI tools

What do you like best? The support, hands down. The team at Hatchbuck is amazing, and has answered all of my questions promptly, and helped me to think creatively with how best to use the software. I also love the automation available - the ability to trigger emails, campaigns, tasks, reminders, and deals based on contact actions. The UI is fair, even if it takes a while to master the tagginng curve (speaking from the perspective of a developer who used to query his data directly. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The tagging is just top. I can tag every user that clicks on my email’s link, meaning I’ve automatically involved them in a campaign without further notification. That’s just great.
