What do you like best? The support, hands down. The team at Hatchbuck is amazing, and has answered all of my questions promptly, and helped me to think creatively with how best to use the software. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The tagging is just top. I can tag every user that clicks on my email’s link, meaning I’ve automatically involved them in a campaign without further notification. That’s just great. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I somehow miss the intuitiveness of our previous systems, but I am finding my feet.
