Love this CRM!
What do you like best? Easy to use, straight forward and integrates with marketing efforts and client nurturing seamlessly. What do you dislike? Would be great to have some form of expansion modules, but with the API;s for so many, it is hardly missed. What do you like best? I like that you can customize your settings to show exactly what you are looking for each time you go in What do you dislike? I don't like that it flags duplicate emails but doesn't let you click on the email and go directly to the existing profile Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't be intimidated by it. My Experience with Hatchbuck as a Business Development Representative.
What do you like best? What I like best about Hatchbuck is how easy it is to catch on to the processes. I also like that I am able to set reminders to go directly to my email on the due date or when it is coming up. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the personalization, tagging, automation, and lead scoring options. The automatic lead scoring is really nice -- I can set specific rules for customer behaviors that adjust their score up or down, giving me a big-picture view of who's interested and who's not. Their customer service is fantastic as well, and they're always looking for ways to improve. Great product though some tweaks would be good
What do you like best? We find it very easy to setup marketing campaigns, enter in information, manage contacts, pitch new products and gain valuable feedback from our clients and prospects. Vendors also seem to like what we do and hearing about it through drip emails from Hatchbuck. I used to use Survey Monkey and got terrible results from it. Then we moved over to Constant Contact and we were scolded (literally every time we sent out an email. What do you dislike? Does more than I ...

You can forget the negative effects of long trainings, and to focus on productivity instead. Our email marketing team, for instance, got the full picture in a single week. Easy and effective, amazing price
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We used to work with Salesforce, and I liked it. Still, the company wanted something more affordable, less complicated, and not so demanding. We were told to get Hatchbuck even before, but we always took it with a pinch of salt. I wish we champed at the bit much sooner.
