All the features a small business needs with none of the excess cost

What do you like best? The email builder is very easy to use and the CRM is plug-in friendly! What do you dislike? The out-of-box reporting is light. They offer customizable reports for a fee so you're not cornered by their reports. What do you like best? Hatchbuck allows us to easily add and change roles of our clients. We utilize tags and custom user fields readily. The ability to sort by more than one value is very important to us. The ability to have filtered contacts and companies allow for more specific, targeted, marketing. What do you like best? Easy to use and keeps everyone on the same page. What do you dislike? Love this CRM!

What do you like best? Easy to use, straight forward and integrates with marketing efforts and client nurturing seamlessly. What do you dislike? Would be great to have some form of expansion modules, but with the API;s for so many, it is hardly missed. I so wish there was a mobile app for Hatchbuck (oh please please) I could use from the field. Let me know if there is some 3rd party integration that I can achieve this. Great Marketing Tool

What do you like best? The ease of viewing stats and being able to use a drag and drop builder. What do you dislike? Not being able to add contacts to lists instead of adding them with tags! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have had way more incoming flow of traffic!
