Missed it so much!
What do you like best? TAGGING!! Full disclosure, I used to work at Hatchbuck. At my new position, we were using Hubspot, and I missed the tagging feature from Hatchbuck SO much. What do you dislike? If/Then scenarios would be great in the campaigns feature. However, you can really get around this using actions other places (like links in emails). Slick - easy to use - great support - tags are a dream!
What do you like best? Loving the tag features so i can segment my contacts and then be really focused how i communicate with them.. What do you dislike? ... erm...couple of email template issues but HB upgraded to different systems which deleted that issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ability to focus campaigns to the right contact easily and bring in more revenue to the business

It wasn’t you, it was me
What do you like best? I really loved this product. When we were early stage and focused primarily on email marketing this was perfect and amazing. They were local and amazing people so we loved to support them. What do you dislike? They didn’t have the integrations we needed, primarily twilio>crm. Everything we need at for a great value
What do you like best? The platform is robust, yet simple and intuitive. The customer support is outstanding. We've been working with Katie (Culp) and the level of service and responsiveness leaves nothing to be desired. Perfect solution
What do you like best? Easy to use, simple, works as advertised What do you dislike? Some of our users experience slow interface experience, but others experience it just fine. Not sure if it’s the internal internet connection we may have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We know exactly if our email contacts open and/or click specific product emails. It makes things easier for our sales to contact warm leads.
