Reliable Time Tracking Tool

What do you like best? Harvest is a super-simple app which manages all our client payments and invoicing/reminders for our clients and integrates with Stripe for a seamless payment process. Simply select the project I'm working on and start the timer. While I'm working it stays on in the background. What do you dislike? There is sometimes a disconnect between the desktop app and the website. I can't remember why but once in a while I'll have to check on the site while the app is ...

Easy to use time-tracking system

What do you like best? I like that the user experience is pretty intuitive in general. Very little on-boarding needed to get started. It is easy to log my hours on projects I work on. User-interface is also very user friendly. Not much frustration when using it. What do you dislike? Can't add notes to each project in Week view. Can only do that in the Day view. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To track my hours for agency to ...

A Good Tool For Any Business

What do you like best? I like the overall tool itself. It’s easy to navigate and makes managing tasks easier when it comes to time management. This means our business can easily see where our time is spent and improve our work. I have been able to self manage my own tasks and figure out where I need to split or cut down time. I also like the integration you can use with Harvest. What do you dislike? I didn’t have many issues but I wasn’t fond of how difficult it was to remember to ...

No-nonsense time tracking and analytics

What do you like best? I appreciate how Harvest is very straight-forward. Previous time-tracking apps I've used have tried to incorporate unnecessary elements, but Harvest keeps it simple with time tracking, expenses, projects and reports. I really like how I can use the timer function to bounce between working on different jobs accurately. What do you dislike? Weirdly, my only suggestion for Harvest is to switch to the Sun-Sat calendar format (it is currently Mon-Sun) in the ...

Easy, intuitive time tracking tool

What do you like best? Harvest's best trait is how easy it is to setup projects and use them for tracking time and managing budgets. It's very simple to setup team members and projects that can be tracked, reported against, and it makes entering time nearly painless (and we all know how much teams dread having to log time). Using the manual or recorded time tracking makes billing simple and easy. You can also create and send invoices with a few simple clicks. Harvest is, by far, my ...

Harvest time Tracking

What do you like best? I like that you can keep the timer going instead of trying to remember how long you spent doing something. What do you dislike? I don't like that it sometimes doesn't load up the right jobs to assign things to. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the timer What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Correct and reliable time keeping to bill clients.

Extremely Easy To Use

What do you like best? Harvest's interface is absolutely incredible. For a time tracking tool, it's extremely easy to use and not clunky or complicated. It's also very easy to organize projects and parent projects, as well as team dynamics. It's also got a great desktop extension to make it easy to track time (clock-in and clock-out). What do you dislike? The desktop extension is great, but I do wish you could manage a bit more of the projects, tasks, etc. a little better. In order ...

Excellent time tracking tool in my projects.

What do you like best? I like it because it made visualizing the budgets and margins of my projects dramatically easier, so I know where my company's time and money goes and mine. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is a disconnection between the desktop application and the website, which causes lost time records of my projects but is something that is solved with the updates, there are things that do not affect the performance of the product, but it would be good to have them. For ...

A great time tracking software.

What do you like best? We've tried multiple time tracking software solutions at our company, and Harvest is up there as one of my favorites! My favorite part about Harvest is how it integrates with Trello! What do you dislike? The software is simple enough to use, but it would be nice if you could automatically have sets of time for tasks and preload them into your schedule. Recommendations to others considering the product: I'd also check out Toggl and TSheets in addition to ...
