What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? Happy Fox is simple to use with an aesthetically pleasing interface. There is not a lot of training that's needed to learn how to use it. We each have different profiles so we can see who is on, and the best feature of all is being able to switch a customer from one support person to another so that they are getting the right answers without having to wait too long. What do you dislike about HappyFox Chat? I'm not really sure what the updates ...
