"Overall chat experience has been good!"

What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? Responsiveness and location of the chat widget. Also, like the option adding custom fields and happyfox api What do you dislike about HappyFox Chat? I cannot think of anything! Mostly, in offline mode, it looks like there is too much content to read to leave a message. What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? Happy Fox is simple to use with an aesthetically pleasing interface. There is not a lot of training that's needed to learn how to use it. We use it in a very limited capacity, but as such, there's more need for a simple platform to connect with our customers for their immediate needs. What do you dislike about HappyFox Chat? Not much. What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? We have about 14 people using Happy Fox on rotation so it's helpful to know who helps who and how many users are visiting the site each day. We each have different profiles so we can see who is on, and the best feature of all is being able to switch a customer from one support person to another so that they are getting the right answers without having to wait too long. What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? I really like the free online chat client that integrates directly with the Happy Fox ticketing system. Since we have it integrated also with Salesforce, we get all of these chats in our CRM. What do you dislike about HappyFox Chat? I sometimes have issues with the Mac app not working properly.
