What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? The interface and admin console is easy and intuitive What do you dislike about HappyFox Chat? Support through email isn't great - but the support on live chat works well. Recommendations to others considering HappyFox Chat: Try thier free trial for a month before signing on. What problems is HappyFox Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to speak with people visiting our site.

"Very nice plugin for our shopware shop"

What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? We use HappyFox Chat for our website. I like it that we can access it in the browser and via app. What do you dislike about HappyFox Chat? There is not much that I dislike... I mean we have the free version, so the expectations aren't that high. What problems is HappyFox Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? Love how this links to my salesforce and also shows who messaged me when I am not connected. What do you dislike about HappyFox Chat? The is nothing at all wrong with the service. What problems is HappyFox Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been able to answer customer or potential customers questions without needing to call.

"Easy to implement and use!"

What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? It's easy to implement on your site and you can use the agent on your desktop and mobile devices. What do you dislike about HappyFox Chat? The pling sound that you can't turn of on your website. What problems is HappyFox Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping visitors to anwser their questions fast.

"I have been using happy for chat for a few months now and it been amazing. Very easy to use "

What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? Easily access chats, I am able to create canned responses, I am able to use the mobile app. I am able to customize the chat some what to my own liking.
