Multiple agent and chat format, ability to see chat history easily What do you dislike about HappyFox Chat? ongoing chats under a different agent are not easily visible - from a monitoring point of view a manager being able to follow a chat live would be useful What problems is HappyFox Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? Website lead conversion has been problematic, customers have really responded to live chat agents

What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? I like that when I am engaged in a chat with a customer I am able to see what webpages they have viewed, and what products they have added to their cart. It functions quickly, without lag time that I have experienced with other chat services. What do you dislike about HappyFox Chat? I wish it would show the customer email so I could reference them via email during the chat if needed. It would also be great to be able to upload product images to the ...

What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? It's simple and straight to the point. The interface is also really nice and it's pretty quick to work. What do you dislike about HappyFox Chat? Lack of customization on the free version but I guess it is by design. What problems is HappyFox Chat solving and how is that benefiting you? Support is provided directly to customers via chat.

Mobile application in not synchronized with web app. Messages are not coming. Also it would be nice that web app notify me when I am offline, or when my session ends.
