I'm a customer. I'm really happy with the transcription services they offer. I use it mainly for Portuguese. In spite of some inaccuracies in the transcription even though audio is impeccable, they offer quality that is beyond and above what competition offers.

I love it! Everything you could want for your assignment- related services. Transcribing works very accurately and is free as well. Site looks well maintained and the customer support is great. Definitely recommended.
