Inusually expensive

Easy to use, but i don't want to pay 12 dollars for 1 hour, in this case an audio 8 minutes long

Fast translation, good service but, need credit.

Predatory company

Predatory company. I read a guide that they have made on their own website on how to get machine-translated subtitles for free for a 10 min video. Based on that promise, I made the subtitles and spend a good amount of time to get them correct. Then I cannot download the srt file without getting a subscription despite them showing that its possible in their guide. What an actual scam. I would have just made it myself then, instead of wasting my time with this crap.

Scam company, my credits disappeared after I paid for it and the support just told me to f off, run from this toxic company

Every time I try to purchase credits…

Every time I try to purchase credits the site says the charge was declined by my bank. My bank says they don't see any attempted charges. I try to get help from Happy Scribe customer support, but nobody answers. Why would I waste an hour of my time waiting for their "live" chat to actually be live.

Magic experience

I used Trial subscription and I'm already blown away. Once my company approves the full subscription, I'll be happy to use it and I believe it will help a lot.
