Despicable Company
You don't have anyone guiding you, you are left all alone with a bot and some online guidelines. The coordinator is a young inexperienced person who has no idea how to deal with freelancers. Everything is reduced to a dashboard and a system, no human interaction at all. Horrible. And the salary ridiculous compared to the effort and the quality required. They say they are a young start-up, congrats! You are a young company who enslave freelancers and make the most out of them!!!

Don't respond to queries
There's no adequate email/contact form for general queries. I managed to find a contact form for something else on their website and sent a question that way. That was over a week ago and still no response. They're probably out bootcamping or something. Can someone respond!?

Could NOT find a Dutch subtitle for a movie…
Could find a Dutch subtitle for a movie I want to watch, so I let Happy Scribe doing the translation from English to Dutch... PERFECT
