Transcription is good in several languages and support team is amazing. I recommend HappyScribe

Bad company
Bad company - did an application, never heard back from them in 1 year. I suspect they use the content of the application as unpaid sollicitation for ongoing project they have on their end. Highly not recommend.

The best online
I was amazed because he transcribed my interview done abroad, automatically indicating who was speaking and what he was saying with indication of the timecodes and with a faithful translation. I have saved hours of work.
