What do you like best about Happeo? It is fun working with happeo as the look and feel are really nice. The tool has a logical structure of pages (this is best to document knowledge) and channels (the communication part). So happeo is a good mixture of both, documenting knowledge in pages and improve communciation within different groups via the channels. What do you like best about Happeo? I love that Happeo truly listens to its customer base. They communicate openly with their user community and continually take customer feedback seriously. In the past year that I have been a part of the community, I have seen numerous improvements that have come as a direct result of their communication channels with their customers.
