Very user friendly expense management tool

My Company is using it as a reimbursement Tool, Too effective and easy to understand.

What do you like best? Every approval you receive a notification on your email and you can always visit the app and web portal to check the status, Also you can email the approver from the portal itself. What do you dislike? No major Dislikes however it would be great if you can also have a Call option like you have an email option available. What do you like best? The features provided are amazing, you can put in a request for Advance and also transactions can be distributed into various departments in which expenses are made. What do you dislike? The ATM withdrawal charges that are being levied & also there is no facility of UPI or Online Transfers. What do you like best? The fact that different employees can share money from the same pool of money that has been assigned for a particular project. It helps a lot in keeping the budget aligned within everything. What do you dislike? The thing that we cannot use the Happay app to pay in any UPI based payment modes like Google pay or Paytm. People should be able to do the payments by scanning the QR code at any shop from the app or something similar. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? I only say,One click and send for approval. Its a simple, quick and user-friendly. What do you dislike? Aesthetic and No app screen lock., yes app needs to be more colourful because its already well developed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Money should be credited in accounting same day because its taking whole day to transfer money.
