"A tool for IT management with many features"

What do you like best about Halo Service Desk? NetHelpDesk is an excellent alert service, to assign to each support area in your organization. Among its best features, I can highlight your own domain and notification automation, for simple or specific tasks allowing you to organize the workflow. It also has an excellent analysis tool to review each ticket in question.

NetHelpDesk has a strong, versatile and helpful team. Additionally everyone is willing to go out of their way to help and offer advice no matter the query. Response times are always quick and on the occasion an issue isn't resolved on the phone you will be kept upto date throughout the life cycle of the ticket.
