What do you like best about HALO? I like the fact that we never have to worry about our service award program with HALO. The fact that they assigned a customer service rep for our account who always responds almost immediately to any requests. We have been happy with this company for many years.

What do you like best about HALO? Our representatives at HALO have been very quick to help resolve issues. Many issues have been resolved within 24 hours of my contacting them. They are very attentive to our needs and helped us with reports so we can better utilize their services. The website is very easy to use; our employees have had very little issues utilizing the site.

What do you like best about HALO? We always receive our quarterly shipments of service awards a month in advance of the quarter starting so we have enough time to reach out to managers and deliver our awards in a timely manner. Roger and Debbie are always responsive to our questions and go above and beyond to meet our business needs.

What do you like best about HALO? Ease of submitting EE information for preparation of the "box" as well as the ordering process for our EE's. The gifts offered are very high quality with a good variety.
