What do you like best about HALO? Everyone with MCFina has always been quick with their responses, and very friendly! First, they send out email reminders so there is no way I would forget to give them employee information on time. I just have to submit a quarterly listing of all employees who are to receive a magic box, and MC Fina does the rest. Employees also like that they can pick out their own gifts on their own time. "With 13,000+ employees the HALO technology is not user-friendly for our organization."
What do you like best about HALO? The ease of sending Kudos and e-cards to employees. It is easy to recognize our employees. They also provide our employees with the single sign on ability, so they can easily recognize any of their fellow co-workers with a click of a few buttons. The HALO team responds to requests within 48 hours and their team members spread across the world and very helpful.

"Great Partner and Great Options"
What do you like best about HALO? Working with HALO they have really been flexible whenever we have had unique situations come up and have always been eager to assist us in figuring out next steps. With the recent pandemic they were able to pivot easily to make sure our employees received their awards no matter where they were working due to some of our typical options being closed. Great team to work with and great partner.

What do you like best about HALO? I love the customer service that they provide. Both Jessica Flores and Ben Johnson are awesome to work with. They respond quickly and always go out of there way to try and meet the needs of what we are looking for.
