What do you like best about HALO? HALO offers many tiers of recognition for employees at all different years of service milestones. Our employees appreciate receiving a personalized certificate, signed by the General Manager, and they enjoy picking out a gift of their choice to celebrate their milestone. "Enhanced Service Recognition Program - the best move our department could have ever made! "
What do you like best about HALO? The coordinators are now able to manage employees who receives and who does not receive a gift via the reporting portal (Halo Direct). Our account representatives are attentive and very thorough in answering our questions and following-up on previous requests in a timely fashion. They have made all of the requested changes to our gift ordering site without any issues. We never heard "We cannot accommodate that request."
