"Great Filter before we talk with candidates"

What do you like best? They have tests preconfigured for given experience level. We don't have to think about the questions. The part I especially like is the programming questions. The questions come in various difficultly levels too. The interface is very easy to use. You can also change the time allotted to the tests. That way tests can be configured to your needs. Overall it serves as a great filter before we talk to the candidate.

"Very useful for hiring high level developers"

What do you like best? The coding tests in HackerRank are very difficult and have been the best way that we have found to evaluate candidates on deep technical skills. The tests are very similar to the type of thing that you will find in a coding competition. And these are real coding test in that they compile the code and evaluation the solution automatically. This make is very easy for a non-technical manager to evaluate a highly technical candidate.
