"must have tool/ Software!"

What do you like best about Guru? as a user, it is a user-friendly software from a newbie perspective. I don't have any struggle using this software. As an admin, it's more convenient to make some changes to any published updates. As a customer support, we can easily find the information needed to provide exceptional customer services to our customers/members

What do you like best about Guru? Guru is so helpful in many ways, such as quickly maneuvering topics and troubleshooting cards! Guru is also fun to use, as its appearance has enough pop of color for you not to get bored while working and also helps you to read actively!

"Guru is a wonderful way to centralize information"

What do you like best about Guru? Guru is easy to use, easy to implement and easy to deploy. It's the perfect platform to be single source of truth for any company. The team was also really helpful with guidance and best practices for how to strucutre in a scalable way.

"Guru Card Experience"

What do you like best about Guru? It is the most unique storage of the knowledge base. I've had other KBs, and those are slow and inefficient, unlike these Guru cards which have been so helpful to our production. I use Guru every day to make sure I am on the right track.

"Reliable SOP Management Tool"

What do you like best about Guru? The most helpful part of Guru is its ability to find information. My favorite new addition is the use of AI. You can ask the AI tool a question and it searches all of the information available in Guru and constructs a short answer to the query. It's easy to use and extremely intuitive.
