I was supposed to buy an item using a discount code that would provide the team for free.The discount code didn't work and I got charged the full price.I explained my situation to the support and they answered me and fixed the issue, refunding the full price, in less than 24 hours.Nice customer support

NEVER TRUST GUMROAD! SCAMMERS 100%

I never ever heard about GUMROAD! I don't even have an account. But somehow I started to get messages from my bank that I am purchasing some goods from GUMROAD.CO with an amount of 38$. I immediately blocked my card and bank account, but while I was doing that they made the second transaction with the same amount. Then they tried to steal a higher amount from my card 89$. They tried to do It twice, but unsuccessful because I blocked it. If I didn't have paid attention to the bank messages ...

Appears to be a scam! BE AWARE!

Appears to be a scam. They offer creators a way to help them selling their digital products online and then all of a sudden they suspend their accounts and confiscate any earnings claiming that it was a fraud! (with no proof!) be aware folk!

Credit card details stolen at gumroad

The ebook I bought through gumroad was delivered quickly enough. The next day however I receive a message from my bank they blocked my credit card because of suspicious transactions. Indeed some purchases had been done that I did not authorise. Either gumroad uses client data for their own gain or their security is not in order

3 MONTHS and still NO book

Suspended accound without explain

Unfortunatelly a very strange situation happened with my service on this platform.They have been suspended my service because their algorithm detected some inconsistencies in the payment system among others. They probably don’t know what was the true reason, just said alghoritm detected without any research. I wrote XXX e-mails byt they didn’t help me. My product was 100% legal. I am unpleasantly surprised and shocked !! And they just send my money back to my clients without warning me ...

Highly recommended

There were some problems with my payout at the beginning, but after contacting the support team everything has worked smoothly. I receive my payouts every Friday and I am very happy about it:)
