Overview of Guider

The Guider Mentoring Software is designed for mentors to use with their mentees. The software helps build and maintain rapport between mentors and mentees, track progress toward goals within each program, encourage communication between mentor and mentee, support goal setting, performance management, feedback collection and communication, provide for customized communication templates via email or text message, generate reports on time spent by mentor, list of activities performed by the mentee, etc.
