"Ease of use and affordable"

What do you like best about Guidebook? For our conference, many people wanted a paper program, but we wanted to explore an app option as well, so we looked around and found Guidebook. What we loved was the ease of setting up. We could import the program information and easily update as needed. Even better, we were only charged for the number of members that used the app. This was really beneficial from a cost standpoint. It allowed us to experiment without a huge expense!

What do you like best about Guidebook? Guidebook has been a great way for our confererence attendees to have access to the event schedule, speakers, exhibitors and more. It has saved us from printing and distributing paper copies which only end up in the trash later on.

Creating our app and adding event information through the interface was incredibly user-friendly, and they offer comprehensive guides that walk you through every step. Sharing the app with our users and guiding them to set up their schedules was a seamless process. The customer support team was very resposive when we came across any issues while setting up and using the app.
