"Sturdy platform for a fair price - great option for small companies."
What do you like best about Guidebook? The setup of Guidebook was quite simple. We used it for the first time several years ago and I had never used anything like it. It was intuitive, perfect for our use (a sales event within the company), and we were able to push out the app to our employees easily. For a group of people that are not always tech saavy, it was a breath of fresh air.

"Loved the app, very use friendly"
What do you like best about Guidebook? Loved the level of customization! Used this for a campus event and students and families loved it. We were able to have everything we wanted in the app. Loved the texts/notifications as well, it was great to use for last minutes announcements.

What do you like best about Guidebook? One of the things I love most about Guidebook is the ability to collect data through the app. There are a variety fo survey options and pulling the information is straightfoward and easy. I was able to collect information on our sessions and process it so easily.

What do you like best about Guidebook? In addition to listing sessions and speakers for the conference, I like that we can add things such as restaurants and things to do in the area for attendees. I also like that you get a QR code that you can distribute to conference attendees.

What do you like best about Guidebook? I liked the option to connect attendees. This can be a challenge with virtual events, but the app and desktop option allows attendees to communicate and view professional information that can be a real asset and networking opportunity.
