Broken product - harmed my business and won't refund me

Guesty's integration with PriceLabs doesn't work and has caused my business to lose money and bookings. The prices aren't consistent between PriceLabs, Guesty, and Airbnb/VRBO so I have no idea what price people are seeing on a given day. Their email support team (which seems like it may be AI bots) avoided my questions and suggested I essentially "unplug it and plug it in again." It works really nice for short term rentals

It works really nice for short term rental apartments, for hotels I am not very convinced to be honest, but for our apartments it is super good. For our hotels we decided to go for other platforms. Their customer service is actually pretty fast and neat

World Class!

Although we are still in the fairly early stages of our integration with Guesty, the service and attention to detail that the team has provided us is absolutely astounding (I have personally worked with three other Channels managers previously and Guesty takes the award by a mile!)

No zero star option?

No zero star option? Guesty has been a disaster from us from day 1. We were moved across to Guesty from MyVR. Which was truly awesome. And after the flashy Guesty sales demo, everything started going downhill. The migration to about 40 solid hours of work. And it was all misery. We were "upgraded" to the new website builder. Which not only cost stupid cash (single listing cost > £100 a month for the overall platform) but also had a stealth stripe payment fee on top not discussed in ...

Grreat for the Account Manager

Good for the Account Manager, Justin!! He works hard to try to bring the best of the company to the customers. He has the right knowledge to point you in the right direction and things are solved correctly, ( the ones that have solution)

Guesty's customer support responds very…

Guesty's customer support responds very quickly and is extremely helpful. It's difficult to give this good of service with as many requests as they must get. I know from previous PMS platforms, the responses weren't as quick. Highly recommend this software for their trust accounting as well!!
