FRAUD AND THEFT

Just like the reviewer below we paid 600 Euro deposit for one night in a small studio apartment in Paris. We were told the deposit would be refunded upon checkout but we have had no response from the contact we have been in touch with in 3 days. We have tried several times a day to make contact but no reply. This is fraud and we will be pursuing all legal avenues to get our deposit back and to prosecute under the full extent of the law. full of bugs

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Training videos not good. I lost a couple of bookings due to this integration with my VRBO and Airbnb. Do not use this program as it will mess up your calendars in Vrbo and Airbnb.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Guesty. I was charged a total of five times incorrectly, with the first charge being over $700 CAD ($500 US). This is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, I was assured multiple times that my contract charges would not start until July 1st, as I was supposed to be fully onboarded by then. Most disappointing customer service experience

After doing some research, we decided to do a free of Guesty to integrate with our Airbnb listings. The free trial ended, and my Airbnb listings were still linked to Guesty. This was interfering with my booking settings and causing havoc with our booking calendar. When I logged in there were limited settings due to the free trial ending, and it would not let me unlink Guesty from my Airbnb account. I contacted customer service. Do not use

Do not use. This software will decline bookings without your permission causing you to lose money. Im fed up with it. Also, trying to cancel is a pain. Once you deactivate your account, they make you go through hula hoops to desync your Airbnb account. You can no longer manage your Airbnb calendar. You can’t desync it yourself. You get zero support. When you call, once they hear your issue they hang up on you. I wish I never used this product.
