Over all experiance with Guesty and highlighted features to maybe consider implementing.

I love what Guesty have to offer as a channel manager and find the it fairly easy to use. However what i was promised as a Pro user vs what was given to me straight has been a bit of a process. Guesty live support was suppose to be implemented, but once your profile is live you need to physically activate this "live chat" option and it can take a couple days to sort out. Frustrating Implementation and Poor Support

We transitioned to Guesty from another Property Management System (PMS) 5 months ago, and while there is a lot to appreciate about the system, the customer service experience has been deeply disappointing. Guesty failure to deliver advertised features

Guesty advertises great features and I especially appreciate the distribution partners. I think Guesty's feature to allow guests to easily sign and complete documents is one of my favorites! I had an issue with guests booking directly through my booking engine in June. I submitted a ticket that was seemingly ignored. Absolute horrific software and support.

Absolute horrific software and support. Completely overpriced as well, but that is not my biggest issue. Their software and API are extremely buggy and will fail randomly. Support will waste days of your time giving back solutions that make no sense (one even suggested "sleep for 5-25 seconds between these two requests if you are experiencing issues" and are at best completely irrelevant to the issue you are experiencing. We signed up with Guesty a few months…

We signed up with Guesty a few months ago. We approved the "instant bookings" setting. Guesty does NOT wait for any credit card approvals or denials, BUT even before running the card for the rental, sends out the entry instructions. Last weekend we had this happen and again this weekend. Even before the card was run, Guesty gave out the entry instructions.
