Being able to scrape leads, enroll them into a cold sequence, then check those who engaged (opened and clicked), move them into a warm sequence with personalized emails/calls/social touches, to eventually book for a demo. Function and Customer Service A+

What do you like best? The service itself is exactly what I need, but in addition, as someone who asks A LOT of questions, their customer service and Help chat is awesome. What do you dislike? I've been using it for a month, and I have no dislikes at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reaching targeted prospects on a regular basis, tracking the communication with those prospects through email stats.
