Grow has been an awesome tool for BI and faster reporting for our team.
What do you like best? The customer service and onboarding has been awesome. They are super willing to help build out metrics and the technology connections help us have real time access to our data and performance. What do you dislike? When updates happen (change in their platform or linking edits) or when a metric becomes unlinked out of date (occasionally happens with Quickbooks) you don't get any notification. Great platform for businesses with consistent data needs

The platform is fairly turnkey, and the support teams are pretty great at responding quickly to inquiries and helping you solve how to join data to present it in a meaningful way. What do you like best? Shareable reports make sharing the reports easy. Getting data in front of our employees makes them perform better. What do you dislike? So much bang for your buck!
What do you like best? The help in setup was awesome. They really teach you how to use the platform and WOW it integrates with everything! Hubspot, GA, FB, Big Commerce, Airtable, QB, you name it! You can also share metrics with others without costing an extra metric as some other platforms do. What do you dislike?
