However, now that I am building a membership site and affiliate program (for my business, not theirs) I'm running into many hurdles. Avoid signing up for Groove.cm (former Groovefunnels)!!

I signed up for Groove.cm (former Groovefunnels) due to their intense marketing campaign which offered lifetime access. After trying to build my memberships on their platform for a couple of months, I had to give up and ask for a refund. They ignored my request, plus they blocked my access to their Facebook group and I cannot use their support ticket option as well. They totally excluded me from any form of communication with them.
