This is the biggest scam ever, I have seen. I believed a sweet teaser to get free website design with their great templates, I just need to sign off on all (!) of their products. The signup process was already exhausting which wasn't a alarm for me on its own, I did it. The free website design templates turned out to be less than basic (next package 300 USD), so I deleted my account with them or so I thought! Groove Funnels is Junk and has Horrible Customer Service!

I am extremely unhappy with Groove Pages, Groove Funnels, GrooveKart, Groove Member, etc. Their software is full of bugs, unreliable, and difficult to use. I have been trying to get a refund as I had purchased the lifetime. However, I am ignored! I can't use their software for my business because nothing is working properly. I had to renew Teachable, Shopify, MailerLite, and my other software because Groove failed to take the place of them as they claimed. I'm now out more money! Stay away ...

I am very frusterated at Groove…

I am very frusterated at Groove Funnels. Not only did I purchase it based on the Big Promises but promoted it to a lot of people. The basics of the pages are still glitchy and my site does not work correctly. Chat rarely is there to answer and I it takes forever. I was hoping for a great product and feel they pushed too many other things instead of focusing on the CORE promises of the basics of the site. It should not be glitchy several years later.

Snake oil salesmen. Avoid at all cost

I bought Groove with it was still called GrooveFunnels. It still does not work three years later. Total crap. I don't trust ANYTHING they push in their sales letter. Snake oil salesmen who rip off their customers. Avoid at all cast.

Whenever I hear that a client wants Groove as their platform I highly insist against it. I have never heard anything good about them in the engineering world and have never had a good experience myself. Lifetime customer here for over 2…

Lifetime customer here for over 2 years. The company is very weak in customer service, tech support, the interface and userfriendliness. Instead of providing great service and fulfilling promise, they fail and fail again. If you only want to put out a quick page, it’s doable, but if you want something solid, stay away.

Don't honour their promises

We bought the lifetime plan in 2020 for the sole purpose of using the "live webinars" function. GrooveFunnels promised this feature would be available by the end of 2020. After waiting three years (it's now August 2023), I asked for a refund because they STILL don't have the live webinar feature. I have never used the software at all, because it doesn't have the feature I bought it for, and I'm not interested in the other features. Simply scammers, their success is based on scamming people, don't pay attention to the fake reviews posted by groove.cm people on their webinars or websites, most of those reviews are bought and fake.
