What do you like best? The automated email flows save me so much time, and are unparalleled. What do you dislike? I wish it was a little easier to collaborate with teammates on groove flows. Powerful tool, even better support!

What do you like best? Powerful tools to help build and execute disciplined outreach and contact campaigns. Template tools increase productivity but allow for creativity and repurposing. Great Sales Tool

What do you like best? I like how groove can track emails, while simultaneously logging them into SalesForce. What do you dislike? If groove could send notifications after someone opens an email more than once that would be cool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Groove helps me keep track of which leads I have reached out to.

Groove Capability

What do you like best? I love using groove to help me track my emails, and give me notifications for when people open their email. This helps me communicate with potential clients much easier. What do you dislike? Connecting groove to salesforce can be a challenge if you're unfamiliar with salesforce. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting emails tracked and knowing what customers are very interested versus what aren't.

Makes life SO much easier!

What do you like best? I've tried many other workflow solutions out there and Groove is by far the easiest to use of all. What do you dislike? Nothing it honestly has every feature and more What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to book way more meetings as a sales rep because I can keep in consistent touch with my accounts.

A great Sales & Productivity integration tool with Salesforce

What do you like best? I like the appointment scheduler, activity dashboard, workflow automation and that you can create accounts/leads/contacts directly from your gmail. Groove helps a lot with e-mails

What do you like best? what I like most is the calendar integrated with Google. What do you dislike? connecting directly from the groove is something that sometimes fails to connect What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I optimized my time because now I don't have to keep putting my appointments in the agenda and in salesforce, as he integrates he does it alone.

HUGE Time Saver!! LIFE SAVER!!!

What do you like best? My favorite so far is the fact that Groove will document for me in Salesforce. Even if I forget to log it, I can always go back and log it and it is THERE!! Super easy! What do you dislike? I wish that Groove would connect to our Training Summaries, but that is something that is unique to our company...so, I get it. Connecting it is just a small work-around. I don't want to work without it!

What do you like best? I like the Templates and the ability to add emails to SF seamlessly. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything that I do not like about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a time saver for me! The Templates prevent me from having to retype standard emails I write daily. Being able to use Groove to easily log emails into Sales Force speeds up my activities and provides accountability.

Nicest tool for sales team

What do you like best? I like a lot of things about Groove. But most of all, I like how much time I save from manually following and filling up activities on Sales Force.
