What do you like best about GRIN? Sequences, ability to add emails with followups and templates (albiet, easy to do with other software with much less cost).

What do you like best about GRIN? Grin used to be a great platform, with good customer service. Now they have no first-party data, no ability to deliver what's needed from an influencer platform. I wish they ended our contract when we asked them to, now it's just a waste of money on our end.

What do you like best about GRIN? How easy it is to use the platform and create activations and campaigns, the possibility to track influencers' content, having everything in one place and the customer service team! Griffin, Customer Success Manager, was super helpful and patient during the implementation process.

What do you like best about GRIN? Grin was a good (although often unstable) platform years ago, but they have removed the most important feature of influencer search on all platforms. Now the platform is useless unless you already have all of your influencers in place and don;t need outreach.
