What do you like best? This web portal is a neat and centralised interface for managing leaves, salary, tds etc. What do you dislike? The interface could be polished up a little bit more. An HR software with lot of features and lot of flaws
What do you like best? This is an HR tool that is definitely has every feature that you can think of, attendance management, forms and leaves tracking What do you dislike? Sometimes the attendance tracking has errors that are server side and require manual supervisor attention later, which is waste of time Recommendations to others considering the product: There are better alternative out there, but they might not come this cheap. What do you like best? It is helping to calculate the leaves deducted. It is taking just a minute to apply by notifying our head in a single attempt. Perfect reporting and easy to handle reports for the employees as well for the management. What do you dislike? Should have an option to avail the short leave, by this we can apply for a short leave in emergency cases. There are only options to get half day leave and full day leave.
