GreytHR meets only the basic HR Process…
GreytHR meets only the basic HR Process however there are loopholes in the reports which if corrected will be more useful to those who use. Suggestions are given but so far no implementation as said and no changes.

Very User Friendly Product
What do you like best? Ease of getting things done from a single platform. Makes it very easy for me to manage my HR related matters. The best thing is that you can mark attendance from your phone ,it has good mobile application also

A highly customization and user friendly HR Platform
What do you like best? I like the tile layout which makes it intuitive and easy to navigate. The best feature I like is that there are also announcements being which are other wise not visible. What do you dislike? I wish it was a little more interactive with respect to the User Interface. What do you like best? There is a lot in this. The feed is helping to find any interesting news like individual employee status, birthdays, an announcement like newly joining employees and others. What do you like best? I mainly use this tool for approvals. It's pretty simple to actually approve the vacation request my employee is requesting. What do you dislike? The login ID is weird and is a long numeric string so I can imagine it would be hard to remember. I have a password / username manager so it works fine for me, but if you're against this for security reasons I would keep that in mind.
